Marcom's web-hosted solutions are not self-served and there is not one-fits-all solution for all events. In fact, each of our solutions has been developed to respond to specific requirements.
In order to identify whether our agenda planning, networking and scheduling solutions are a good fit for your events, we first complete an in-depth needs analysis.
Prior to making any recommendation, we will ask you some critical questions to better understand:
This needs analysis can easily be completed through in-person meetings, over the phone or Skype or by answering a few questions by email.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will recommend what we believe is the best solution for your event. We will then walk you through the solution via an online demo. Special emphasis will be placed on aspects most relevant to you and to your participants.
At this stage, we will also provide you with a cost estimate.
If you are satisfied with this initial high level proposal, we will send you an agreement with detailed functional specifications. These documents will clearly stipulate the scope of the project and the service that Marcom will provide along with a tentative schedule.
Once approved, we move on to the setup and implementation stage of your solution.
